How to Order Spare Parts
- Use the Model and Serial identification chart and illustrations to identify the barbecue’s model and serial number
- Using the model and serial numbers, locate the spare part required via the catalogue and note the part number
- Contact Christie on +61 3 9708 2999 or email support@dachristie.com to order direct, or to enquire about a local wholesaler/trade store that stocks Christie spare parts
- Christie will require the serial number of the barbecue and the part number when taking your order
Spare parts despatch and lead times
We despatch spare parts as quickly as possible. Usually this means same-day or next-day from time of payment.
Cut-off time for same-day despatch is 12:00pm AEST (Melbourne time). Your order, contact and delivery details, as well as complete payment or account confirmation, must be provided before this time to ensure despatch.
Depending on the quantity, size, and weight, parts are usually sent via express air satchel with a 1-3 day time of delivery. In some cases, a boxed carton will need to be used, which may extend the time of delivery. Collection option is available.
